01 Who we are

The app is developed and published by LeviO, based in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. LeviO is the data controller for the limited data described here. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.

02 Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Two kinds appear: rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward, and occasional full-screen ads between levels. Buying Remove Ads stops the full-screen ads permanently; rewarded ads remain available by choice.

AdMob is an independent service operated by Google. When it serves an ad it may collect your device's advertising identifier, device model and operating system, your IP address and the approximate region derived from it, and whether you viewed, tapped or closed an ad. LeviO never sees this data in a form that identifies you; we see only aggregate counts and earnings.

What AdMob does with that data is governed by Google's own policies, not ours. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form on first launch before any ad loads, and you can choose whether ads are personalised. On iOS, the app asks separately for permission to track before requesting an ad; declining is respected and the game plays exactly the same.

03 Optional accounts and cloud save

The game offers an optional sign-in to Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games Services on Android. It is never required, it is never requested when you first open the app, and every part of the game works without it.

If you choose to sign in, three things become available: your total stars appear on a leaderboard, you can earn achievements, and your progress is backed up to your platform account so it survives reinstalling the app or moving to a new device.

The account itself belongs to Apple or Google, not to us. We do not see your email address, your real name or your password. We receive only the player identifier the platform issues for this game, and we use it solely to write and read your saved progress.

The cloud save holds the same information the app keeps on your device: levels cleared, stars, coins, hearts, boosters, chef skins and your sound settings. Nothing else.

You can sign out at any time from the app's Settings. Deleting the saved game from your Game Center or Play Games account removes the cloud copy; local progress on your device is unaffected.

04 Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details — card numbers, billing addresses, anything of that kind — go to the store, never to the app and never to LeviO.

The app receives a receipt confirming that a purchase completed, and uses it to unlock what you bought and to restore it if you reinstall. We keep no record tied to your name or payment method.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy.

05 Game progress on your device

Stars, coins, hearts, boosters, chef skins and your sound settings are saved in the app's own storage on your device. Signed out, none of it is uploaded and no one else can see it.

Deleting the app deletes the local copy. If you are signed in, the cloud copy stays in your platform account until you delete it there.

06 Children

Frie: Sandwich House is rated for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the app is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme or Apple's Kids Category.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will investigate and delete whatever we can identify.

07 Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data held about you. Because we hold no account data of our own, most such requests are best directed to Google or Apple, who hold the data described in sections 02 and 03.

08 Who we share data with

LeviO does not sell personal data and does not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The only third parties involved are the ones that make the app work:

These services operate globally, so data they collect may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.

09 Changes to this policy

If the app starts handling data differently, this page will be updated and the effective date at the top will change. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
